These terms cover tote rentals booked with Eco Moving Utah, in person, by phone, or through the booking page on this website. When you book a rental and check the agreement boxes at checkout, you are agreeing to these terms and to the Rental Agreement. If anything here conflicts with the Rental Agreement you signed or accepted, the Rental Agreement controls.
We rent reusable moving totes in three packages:
The standard rental period is two weeks (14 days) from delivery.
Delivery and pickup are free within Salt Lake County. For addresses outside Salt Lake County, a flat $40 travel fee applies. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. If a tote is not spotless when it arrives, that tote is free.
The package price is paid by card at checkout through Stripe. Members of the military get 20% off the package price with code MILITARY20 at checkout. Students get 10% off with code STUDENT10 at checkout.
If you need more time, contact us before your pickup date. Extensions are $30 per week for each week after the first two weeks and depend on availability. If your totes are not empty and ready when we arrive for pickup, extra time is billed at these rates:

From delivery until pickup, you are responsible for the equipment. Please return it in the same condition it arrived in, normal wear and tear excepted.
If equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, the replacement charge is billed to the card used at checkout:
On your pickup date, please have the totes empty, stacked, and somewhere we can reach them. If the totes are not empty or we cannot reach them, additional fees may apply.
Do not put hazardous materials in the totes. Liquids must be properly sealed before packing. Do not pack anything illegal or anything that could damage the totes or the other equipment.
Totes that are not returned within 30 days of delivery, with no extension arranged, are treated as unreturned. By renting, you authorize us to charge the card used at checkout for the replacement costs listed above. If items are returned after a charge has been made, a refund is at Eco Moving Utah's discretion.
Equipment is delivered in clean and usable condition.
Eco Moving Utah is not liable for injury or damage to personal property that happens while you use the rental equipment. By renting, you accept the risks that come with using it.
